申请单位填写《联盟会员资格及IP/AS资源申请表》,连同公司营业执照扫描件发到ipservice@cnnic.cn The applying entity fills out the "Alliance Membership Qualification and IP/AS Resource Application Form," and sends it along with a scanned copy of the company’s business license to ipservice@cnnic.cn.	会员填写《IP/AS资源申请表》并通过邮件发送给CNNIC负责该会员IP业务的IP资源经理 The member fills out the "IP/AS Resource Application Form" and sends it via email to the IP resource manager responsible for the member’s IP services at CNNIC.
CNNIC在3个工作日内对申请单位的资格进行审核，并以邮件形式进行审核回复 CNNIC reviews the eligibility of the applying entity within 3 working days and replies via email with the review results. 审核通过后，CNNIC将分配联盟协议电子版通过邮件发给申请单位 After approval, CNNIC sends the electronic version of the alliance agreement to the applying entity via email.	审核通过后，需重签联盟协议，IP资源经理将分配联盟协议电子版通过邮件发给会员 After approval, the member must re-sign the alliance agreement, and the IP resource manager sends the electronic version of the alliance agreement to the member via email.
