Announcement on the Release and Implementation of the Series of Regulations for the Registration of .CN Domain Names

To standardize the services for .CN domain names, protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, ensure the secure and reliable operation of the .CN domain name system, promote the development and application of .CN domain names, and better support the healthy development of the Internet in China, the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) has recently revised the following regulations based on the China Internet Domain Names Regulations (Decree No. 43 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and practical experience:

l  Procedures for .CN Domain Name Dispute Resolution

These revised regulations are hereby released and will be implemented.
