Notice on Public Comments Regarding the Series of Regulations for the Registration of .CN Domain Names

　　To standardize the services for .CN domain names, protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, ensure the secure and reliable operation of .CN domain name system, facilitate the development and utilization of Chinese and .CN domain names, and further support the sustainable and healthy development of the Internet in China, the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) has recently revised the following regulations based on the China Internet Domain Name Regulations (Decree No. 43 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and practical experience:

3.       Procedures for .CN Domain Name Dispute Resolution

These revised regulations are now open for public comments. Organizations and individuals are welcome to submit comments via email to legal@cnnic.cn by June 9, 2019.
